They work together amazingly, especially with the new 360 patch. I can now watch a bunch of rss video streams, all my movies and listen toi all my media and stream it to my xbox anywhere in the house.

I've tried TVsersity and other stuff before and it never worked properly for me. Even that Winamp Remote thing wouldn't work the way I wanted. I finally got Windows Media Player to stream audio & video to my PS3 and 360 the right way.

Yeah it works perfectly for me too, or was until my 360 decided to break a few weeks after I got it back from repair (also on that subject does anyone know if it's possible to get more free shit if you make a stink about it?). TVersity is practically all I use my 360 for most of the time, because I don't buy games that often.
