I searched but couldn't find anything useable. Anyone got a book/recommendation for this? Basically I seek to envoke a spirit or entity and let it possess a certain object.

See Soul Loss and Retrieval by Sandra Ingerman. She is one of the most influential shamans of the 20th century, pretty much re-invented the whole soul retrieval thing.

Quite interesting but I'm not looking for my own spirit or soul but summoning, bringing forth a new/other soul or spirit and putting it into an object. Its hard to find, I know but thanks anyway for the stuff you gave me.
