Only 16? Sheesh, I got a 12 and it hurt sooooooooo bad, but it's badass walking around school being the only person to have the septum pierced. It was a really worth-while experience, painful, but looking back on it now it was extremely worth it. If I can, I'll get the pics off my camera... it's funny to see tears mix with blood on a smiling face.

Yuck. My buddy got his years back. then he got about 18 or 19 yrs old and Finally realized it was childish and took it out.

only lesbians get their septum pierced. that being said, it might be one of the hottest places to get pierced i can think of.
