Tonight I am having a plate of raw vegetables (carrots, cucumber, red, orange, and green capsicum) with hummus and a glass of OJ. Hooray for healthy eating.

There's nothing healthy about that, vegetation has very little nutritional content and orange juice is loaded with more sugar than most soft drinks.

Quit trolling up the place. Peppers and carrots are great foods. Cucumber is mostly water though. And it depends on the type of OJ.

I made some curry noodles and my leftovers from last night (spareribs, carrots, celery).

Peppers and carrots taste like shit and have no nutritional value, like all other vegetables and I am really sorry that you as well as most other people gather from my posts that I am trolling, but I am sincere and will back this up with evidence if you wish; as you are too feeble to realize it on your own.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegetables#In_the_diet
The nutritional content of vegetables varies considerably, though generally they contain a small proportion of protein and fat,[5][6] and a relatively high proportion of vitamins, provitamins, dietary minerals, fiber and carbohydrates. Many vegetables also contain phytochemicals which may have antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and anticarcinogenic properties.
Nutritional value of capsicum. (http://lifestyle.iloveindia.com/lounge/benefits-of-capsicum-1551.html)

(http://lifestyle.iloveindia.com/lounge/benefits-of-capsicum-1551.html) I don't drink soda. The sugar from my glass of OJ makes up most of my daily intake, as I don't add sugar to any of my food and don't eat sugary snacks. I also eat meat (mainly chicken or fish) two to three times a week.

Cod, of course. :) Though haddock is just as good. Pollock and skate are quite common as well, though consistent with the previous, I prefer cod.

You two wouldn't believe me if I said it but I live in the U.S. state of Ohio.

I'm just a huge fan of foreign food and eat the popular cuisine of other nations more often than that of this country.

Two big pieces of fillet mignon. One cooked with thyme, the other with garlic, topped with a mushroom pepper sauce.

On the side I had steamed leak, green beans and broccoli. Covered the leak in butter and the greens with cheese sauce :)

And for dessert mum made us "Eierlikoer mousse" (which I think is just egg nog mousse )

So tonight I made meatloaf.

Except, instead of forming a loaf and baking such I formed it into standard patties and fried 'em, then covered in added sauce after flipping for the last time:

All in all it was quite good. Alongside the meatloaf patties I had mashed potatoes and sliced carrots; all was washed down with a bottle of Samuel Adams Irish Red.

I had the ever ambiguous but always delightful seafood marinara at a local publicans' house, the last time I ate.

My dad was a commercial fisherman and grew up in the U.K. and thus fish and chips was usually what we ate when we were poor. (My dad got free fish) It never got old really. It always shocks me to hear people actually buy fish from the supermarket. We've just always got it for free.

Since I started working a new job third shift meals have definitely taken a downturn for the worst four days a week. After working twelve hours all I've really got time for is to come home, shower, sleep and then wake up and get ready for work again.

Regardless tonight being day four of four I'm planning myself a nice supper tomorrow. Winter grillin' time. :) Gonna have myself a grilled steak and vegetables (which I slice up, wrap in aluminum foil and leave with a dollop of butter to cook on the grill till tender).

Tell you what really sets that off, mixing a packet of potato & leek cup a soup powder when you're making the sauce. Give it a go one day mate.
