I have my year 9 formal (Equivalent to a "dance" in America) in a few days, and I still don't have my dress yet. :(
I'm out of money, and my parents won't buy anything for me. What can I do? Is there anything cheap out there that looks good? I can't find anything. :(
I shouldn't have left this to the last minute. I hope I get some good replies. Thanks in advance.

It's called shoplifting.
Buy/steal something classic, as in a classic style black dress. That means you can wear it to other occasions and not just once.
You could try www.asos.com, However I don't think you'll get any dresses within the next few days from the internet. I suggest going to your local town or shopping mall... NOW!

If you're a hottie, get a guy to buy you one.
If you are fat/ugly then stay home, nobody wants you there anyway.

^LOL! That's mean.
Why would you wait until the last minute to get a dress for your formal? I honestly don't think you're going to have any luck finding something that looks decent and is a reasonable price. Maybe try wearing a nice dress you already have?

Time crept up on me. I didn't really notice. But it's okay, I have a dress now! My parents bought me one.
LOL I'm not fat/ugly. Well I don't think I'm ugly anyway...

Borrow a little money from your parents and take a trip to the nearest Forever 21 (or whatever the equivalent would be in England) and buy a simple black party dress that you can reuse. Or call up some of your girlfriends and see if any of them has an old dress you could borrow for the dance.
