So I recently watched a documentary, maybe you saw it as well. They reveal the theory of how stonehendge was created. They basically propose that a series of wooden levels were used to get them each to the necessary height. They also propose that the mountain made of chalk was a signaling hill for each of the ceremony grounds. A lot of interesting information, especially regarding the construction and genius behind their castle's defenses. I found the documentary to be awesome and then I realized, I don't know shit about the English pagans.

Would anyone care to explain what their beliefs were and what time period they existed during? I have a very basic idea of what pagans believe but I've never really had someone explain it to me that knew what they were talking about, just snippets of articles here and there with info.

Thanks,

As far as I know barely anything is known about them at all. The Romans as well as the Vatican performed a genocide against both their beliefs and their people.

Anything that you do find will be nothing more than theory.

If I am wrong then I would also like to know anything anyone knows about them.
