Alaska is far from evolved--homophobia and racism reign, and our politicians incredibly corrupt, Big Oil having done everything to them except refine them.

That said, we have very few black folks at all, and only about 550,000 or so whites out of a total population of around 660,000. We also have a growing population of Samoan gangbangers that are making the cops in Anchorage nervous.
