Really random question after watching clips from the siege in Mumbai, and The Professional. What sort of entry/search formations are most commonly used by SWAT and National Guard? If someone was holding up inside a building, how would the opposing team enter and try to neutralize the situation?
You could set some killer traps if you knew how the enemy would enter and fight.

Depends on what the situation is inside, I'm sure.

Well if there good you wont hear them coming until its too late. If its loud it wont matter your gonna die or go to jail for a long time so you might as well shoot back at them or pull shit and point it at yourself and walk out slowly before they kill you and do yourself.
What ever the situation calls for.
Blowing the doors / windows off followed by lots of frag and smoke grenades.

It's called dynamic entry for a reason.
