So my computer has become painfully slow. It didn't take long to find the problem, sitting in my processes i found this

10+ svchosts running. I googled it and did some reading and found that it seems like a reoccuring problem. It happened before so I brought it to the "IT" desk at my college, but the woman there only made it worse :mad:. I ended up wiping my computer and starting from fresh but low and behold, it's back.
I use an HP pavillion laptop and am running vista, I just bought it in the summer. I've tried as many cures as I could think of but none seem to do anything. I'm currently using Avast, (AVG didn't find it either), and ad aware. I torrented spyware, malwarebytes, and I even have a mcafee OAS.
I read some recommendations that a registry cleaner would fix it. I have CC cleaner but it didn't do anything either. I've heard RegCure works, but I also heard RegCure only causes more damage than good.
So Totse I turn to you, has anyone dealt with this before? Any recommendations?
(it's gotten so slow I can't even play tetris anymore :mad:)
