i mean because ive seen what happens to flames in a microwave so is it possibe to combine the two and have a bigger flame or does this only work in the enclosed enviroment the microwave provides??????????????????????

Dunno how it would propel the flame forwards, but i thought up an idea of using the magnatron from a microwave to turn a gas into plasma and propel it out like fire. Probably wont work though :)

The microwave would melt before it created a plasma.

Okay, well what if you build something like a particle accelerator? Could you accelerate a burst of flame down the barrel of it?

What is fire? Plasma. What is plasma? Ionized particles.

Ive set stuff on fire before(in a microwave), so your theory is flawed.

And i didnt mean use a microwave....i meant use the magnatron to create the means to ionize the gas to make the fire. I think they use xenon or something(noble gasses work best as there's no residue i think).
