i heard it was "illgalized", but weather it is or isnt, thats not my question.

when it was legal, (if its not still), were their any laws whatsoever concerning it?

like w/ cigarettes, no one under 18 supposed to smoke them, but if their are no laws against salvia, would that mean anyone could smoke it? even like a ten year old kid? if theirs no law, then its no harm no foul right?

or do they have certain statutes that cover that?

could you smoke while driving legally?

could you walk down a sidewalk smoking it?

just curious.

I think it's always been illegal to smoke Salvia. The laws that are coming in to place (here in Florida, at least) have made it illegal to sell Salvia.

And driving while high is still considered a DUI.

It's "Driving Under the Influence" meaning you've taken something that has impaired your driving.

You can get DUI's for Cough Syrup, etc.

It's legal, here in Texas.

You can buy it at head shops, or online.

Making illegal salvia is like making illegal devil's trumpet (detera).
