I have Banana, strawberries, apple juice, and orange juice.

i think you need cream or milk or ice cream or something like that to make a smoothie otherwise all youll get is bitter juice

All the juice should be more than enough to sweeten it, they're like the only sour ingredient.

Ingredients (one large serving)

1 Banana

Approx 5 strawberries(You can also buy bags of frozen strawberries at your local grocery store. This will be much cheaper, but you should use more strawberries to compensate for their smaller size.)

Plain/Strawberry yogurt (I highly recommend you buy organic yogurt. Cheap yogurt is really disgusting. Especially cheap strawberry yogurt.)

Milk/Orange juice

1) Put strawberries and bananas into sandwich bags and place them in the freezer where, over time, they will become frozen. (I suggest breaking the banana in half because it is easier to store and easier to blend. It is absolutely necessary that these be frozen.)

2) Add all ingredients into a blender putting the yogurt and liquid ingredients in first. (Don't use too much liquid. It's very important that you don't use too much orange juice because it will take over. I prefer milk anyway.)

3) Blend

4) ???????????

5) Profit!!!!!!!
