Whether it was sadness, joy - or just because you were struck by how amazing the music sounded - which albums have made you cry?

I am aware that Totse is mainly composed of manly-men who eat rocks and metal for breakfast - but seriously now.

MAD SEASON - ABOVE

Excellent CD made me tear up. What about you guys?

I don't know about actually tearing up, but My Bloody Valentines, "loveless."

Definately evokes and emotional response from me out of its shure beauty and large sound. It's one of those albums I had for years but never paid as much attention to it as should.

I've never actually cried because of music, but the Death Cab for Cutie albums Plans and Transatlanticism made me tear up a bit.

...Come to think of it, for a while the song "Never Been Any Reason" by Head East made me tear up whenever I heard it.

And occasionally

I Guess That's Why They Call it the Blues- Elton John.

Aything thats brought me close would have to be Snowy White - Bird of Paradise

The Special Two by Missy Higgins has the potential to make me cry.

I guess i have to be in the mood to cry for anything to happen

It was 90% the mood, but Raining In Baltimore came really close. And I imagine if I knew/cared about someone who died, I would cry at 'For My Fallen Angel' by My Dying Bride.

There's no way I'd cry over a fucking album, but Train of Thought blew my mind.
Unless you count crying in shame. St. Anger.

Cry? Never, not over an album or specific song.

But the tune "Us and Them" from Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon Album always leaves me depressed at the currently hateful and absurdly uncaring attitude humans often display towards one another.

Bright Eyes - "I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning"

If you've ever sat through the whole thing, you know what I mean. One of those damn songs is bound to get you. For me it's usually "Land Locked Blues".
