Are the levels numbered the same in Portal and Portal : Still alive?
If so, I can help you, but how much of a spoiler do you want?
I got bored. Hopefully it is the same.
THIS OBVIOUSLY CONTAINS SPOILERS. SET BY STEP SPOILERS.
1) Wait for the companion cube.
2) Use the cube to deflect the first halls orange.. .plasma ball
3) For the next hall, wait until it shoots (shoots over your head) then proceed. At the end, make sure it doesn't hit you (can be tricky angles).
4) Jump into the pit, proceed into the door with the camera on top with black, not portal-able walls. Angle the cube so the shot deflects at a right angle to the receptor spot.
5) Set down the cube in the middle area.
6) See the angled receptor spot, with the angled wall across from it? Shoot a portal on that angled spot (center tile, you see it divided in three peices/bricks) Before doing this though, bring yourself up to the top level (where you came from).
7) Backtrack to the last hallway you had to go through. Shoot the other color of portal there to complete this section.
8) Relocate the portal so it goes towards the door directly right of the door with the camera over it. There is a stuck out section of the wall where you need to put it.
9) Go to the other (first) hallway, and set up the other portal there.
10) Jump back down to the bottom, but be careful as the plasma shot is now being relocated to the center
11) Get the cube, enter the door the shot is now going through. Place cube on the elevated red button. Stand on the other one and duck.
12) Get the cube, and proceed to the now elevated platforms. Jump into the now accessible hallway.
13) Set cube on button, enter new door. Press button. Drop cube in fire pit.
14) Feel bad for the cube.
15) You're done.
Let me know if that's unclear. It's likely clear I've never posted a walkthrough before.

Thank you sir. I was over thinking I think lol. I would take the cube and place it on the first button. And then grab the dead robots in the room and stack them them so I could jump on the 2nd one. I never thought of just standing off to the side of the first button.
If you need more help let me know here, but next time won't be quite as much as as spoiler.

Portal is literally the only game I've ever played all the way through in one sitting. Very short, but such an awesome experience.

This, excluding NES games.
