Mexico. I believe common drugs are all legal in small amounts there. Why don't you try Expedia.ca for cheap flights, hotels, and car rentals?

I'm in Australia and from where I am Cambodia seems ideal; cheap drugs and totally absent or corrupt cops. Im going in march :)
