If you look at the end of the story the update confirms a Fall 2009 release for 360 and PS3. I'm PUMPED you guys! I'd marry that Tim Schafer if he asked me *sigh*
No release date for PC though? Seems a bit odd. Was this always supposed to be console only?
I can't wait for this game, the cast of metal gods is reason enough!

What, exactly, is this game. I'm too lazy to go to wikipedia.
Someone explain.

But it's the title of the game...The umlaut makes it what it is...AWESOME.
All I need to really say (rip from Wiki) for anyone that doesn't know about this game is this:
The soundtrack is set to include brand new music by Zakk Wylde, Tim Skold, Wolfmother, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, and Ronnie James Dio, with extended guitar solos by Judas Priest guitarists K. K. Downing and Glenn Tipton. Tim Schafers' long term collaborator Peter McConnell is also involved in the soundtrack.

I expected Guitar Hero gameplay, but then I saw Double Fine (Forgot Tim Schafer was apart of that) and was instantly drawn in.

This game looks awesome but, I wished they would have gotten some serious metal artists like Alexi Liaho or Chris Barnes or Jari Maenpaai or Ozzy Osborne.
Well, at least a large variety of artists than Jack Black for this game which is all about Metal

Some of you fuckers have absolutely no fucking taste.
If you're not willing to give the man behind Grim Fandango and Psychonauts the benefit of the doubt, you shouldn't be playing games period.
