I sure do.

Uh... would you tell me some? I tried looking on google. It mostly lists desserts. I'm looking for meal recipes. Traditional or non-traditional doesn't matter to me. It would be a big help :)

:p.

Just do the usual stuff. Roast some vegetables, roast some potaotes (use goose fat), roast a ham, etc. Make some gravies.

Doesn't have to be fancy.

I wanted to bake a honey ham, bake salmon (mostly for me because I only like fish), cook some spinach (not sure how yet), and make some cheesy mashed potatoes. I found a recipe for eggnog muffins and they sound awesome. Now what's the goosefat for roasting potatoes? How do you make them like that? I've never cooked big meal before.

edit: I'll probably also do some Puerto Rican dishes

There are a couple of interesting and delicious desserts.

As for supper, go with whatever tickles your fancy. You can serve and prepare anything that comes to mind; a Christmas meal doesn't have to be traditional to be delicious. You can try a theme if you want; I've been to a few themed Christmas meals and it always turns out excellent.

Just ignore him, it's another troll. I think by "The Return" he meant "The Return of Robert Plywood," 'Robert Plywood' being another asshat we had to deal with for a short while.

My usual:

-Mashed potatoes with garlic butter
-Steamed aspargus, brocolli, red pepper
-Baked ham and roast turkey (with stuffings/gravies/sauces etc.)
-Butter rolls

And then some kind of fancy strawberry-involved dessert and/or shortbread cookies.

1. find a honey baked ham store
2. purchase ham and all of the usual fixings; potatoes, veggies, coleslaw, etc.
3. ????
4. profit.
