i live in the florida, usa.

so i was thinking about this:
lets say i sold drugs out of my car or w/e, and i kept a falcon or some bird w/ me that was legal to own and could be trained to fly things from one place to another like carrier pigeons or something.

and i got pulled over by the cops, and gave my weed to the bird and had him fly it away to a secure location.

what are the legalities of this? i asked some dude who came to our school to talk about drugs and shit and he told me it would be obstruction of justice. i didnt want to argue w/ this dude at a school assembly so i left it alone. but if the physical evidence is gone, then what justice am i obstructing? it would probably piss the cops off, but wtf could they arrest me for? they cant prove i gave the bird weed.

so technicalities aside, what, if anything could i be arrested for?

and also, i would give the weed to the bird in the car, not in front of a cop or the camera in his car.

I hope they shoot the bird you loved, cared for, and trained for so long as it attempts to fly away with your shitty dime bag.

It is obstructing justice. You're libel to get shot if the cops ask you to remain in your car but instead you're rifling through your car to attach a baggie to an eagle.

Learn your rights, then you wont need stupid schemes.

Birds are more expensive then you would think in the long run.

Just don't consent to the search.
