I would thoroughly enjoy giving up windows.
I'm just not sure how to do it. I'm going to install Ubuntu instead. Yes, I have heard of google but I'd much rather have the help of a person who really knows what to do.

Also, is it a pain to install Linux?

I think I got it, but I'm not completely sure. Will all my stuff like keyboard drivers and what not work with ubuntu? That's my main question now.....

Most things will work. You can have trouble with accessories like web cams and such, but the basics are quite well integrated. Put in a live CD and anything that works will work and anything that doesn't won't. You will get prompts about other hardware like video cards if you have anything fancy.

Thanks, the only thing that doesn't work is my wireless internet, which is not good.

what computer do you have. Google the model number and brand and "Ubuntu Wireless drivers" in many cases you will find the driver.
