Was wondering if anyone has had their license revoked in NY due to a DWI. My story: DWI with a conditional license issued beginning of 2006. Then, I didn't complete the DDP classes I was supposed to because they referred me on to rehab which I didn't need so DMV revoked my conditional APRIL of 2007.

It's been well over a year without having a license and I submitted my application for a new one NOW I'm wondering will they approve my application? And will they make me re-take those bullshit classes?

You're throwing around a lot of acronyms that most of us don't know and you're asking somewhat of a specific question that most people never encounter in their lives.

Guess who can answer the question you asked? That's right, the DMV. I bet instead of posting on &TOTSE you could of called them right up and asked anything you needed.

Unless someone on &TOTSE works in the DMV calling and asking is pretty much the only correct answer you'll get beyond speculation.
