Sounds like a plan, since I tend to prefer not closing threads if I can avoid it.

There's a reason I think highly of the regular posters in OI in the couple years I've been posting here, and this sort of reaction to stupidity (which is pretty damn common in this little corner of the internet) is it. Instead of just letting things go to hell in a handbasket, OI tends to at least make the attempt at worthwhile conversation. I wish more of the forums here and elsewhere would react similarly.
