Thought Riot covered everything I would have suggested nicely, including the Community Records bands. :D
I'll add Angry Banana (http://www.myspace.com/angrybananaska), who just put out an awesome full-length pop-punk/ska album, and (if you like weirder shit) The Flaming Tsunamis (http://www.myspace.com/theflamingtsunamis), who play ska/metal/hardcore.

The Clash is awesome and have ska riffs
I would recommend Whole Wheat Bread. They are much more punk than ska, but damn they are good.
Fucking awesome band man. Aaron is a pretty cool guy. So is Mr. Whitefolks. My buddy rolled an L once after a concert of theirs and Club Infinity in the area, and we toked that shit with the entire band. Those guys are cool as fuck, and totally addicted to Mario Karts hahaha
