Right i am trying to set up a wlan with my friend so we can play unreal but for some reason i cannot find him on the ad hoc network :confused:.
Anyway we both have vista 32bit so i don't think its that its a different network so i am really confused :confused:
Anyway i though id show you the process just to make sure i am doing it right.

pictures don't really tell us anything.. try circling the stuff your confused about in the pictures. I also don't understand what your trying to do..

Problem A. You're using Vista.

Right what i am basically trying to do is set up a wireless lan so that i can play lan games with my friend and also share files. So what i have been trying to do is set up a adhoc and try to do it that way but no my computer cant see his once its connected and vice versa.
