How much luggage is warranted?

Figure I want to take a suitcase, a briefcase, an electric guitar, and a 2x12 amplifier. Probably about 50-70 kilos in all. Would they allow that much weight on the plane without paying extra handling/shipping costs?

Check the airline. It's usually one checked bag + one carry on.
