Is it considered a concealed weapon, if it is in a holster, but the holster is under a shirt, and not visible? I heared it is legal, reguardless, if in a holster.

I doubt it.

Concealed is generally taken to mean "out of reasonable sight."

1. State law varies.

2. Despite this fact, no, it's not legal. If the firearm can't be seen, but is in immediate access, if is concealed.

Yea it would still be concealed. Just tuck your shirt in or where a really fucking short shirt.

Yes, that would be concealed. States like Texas and Florida that require concealment consider it to be not concealed if the shape of the weapon prints obviously through a cover garment, even. As for a holster, anyone carrying a without one [or something similar, like a hipgrip] by choice is a dumbass. They make things more comfortable, secure, and most importantly safe.

Get a permit or carry openly. In a holster.

Is the gun covered and out of plain sight?

Then yes it is concealed.

What method of carry (holster or no holster) is irrelevant.

Who else realises gun concealement laws benifit criminals? You know in advance who is capable of self defense, so you are not discoraged from committing crimes against them.

I think everyone here would acknowledge that pretty much every gun control law benefits the criminal. ;)
