I'm guessing it'll end up being an overhyped, overdramatic, nostalgic, gushy, heartwarming love story.
It might not be bad.
I thought it looked like shit, though it raises some interesting questions about pedophilia.
Looks like an interestin surreal drama. Hopefully it won't be too trite and sentimental. Coming from Fincher, it probably will have a dark element to it.

Avoiding like the plague. The plot doesn't interest me. I'll probably see it in like 3 years and end up liking it. But for now, pass.

Well it's got David Fincher directing (Fight Club, Zodiac) and Eric Roth writing (Forest Gump, The Good Shepard). I'm confident in both of their talents and Brad Pitt is an amazing actor.
Not to mention that its based off of a short story written by F. Scott Fitzgerald (The Great Gatsby, The Beautiful and the Damned). The concept is also pretty interesting. It might turn out to be just another sappy love movie, but I'm pulling for it to come through as a good movie.
I'm defiantly going to go see it but who knows whether it'll be good or not. I hear it's really long, somewhere in the 2.5 hour range.

looks good!
It's one of those movies I'll probably hate watching, but when it's over I'll be like "Fuck that was actually a really good movie".

I thought it was ok. It was kind of a sappy love movie, but it had some unique concepts. I liked a lot of the filming, and the acting was great. It just seemed to be a little too long and drawn out.
