Great game for a great price. Pick it up if you have a decent PC.

Sweet! Is there any word if Steam will be doing any other sales during this holiday season?

I don't know if they'll be doing any specifically for the holidays, but every weekend they have a great deal going on.

Some recent highlights were Audiosurf for $2.50 and TF2 for $9.99.

Audiosurf was actually a pretty good game, but I can't imagine anyone paying for it, especially the $20 they originally asked.

especially the $20 they originally asked.

It was $9 for preorder before it came out, and has been $10 ever since.

And it's easily worth that price considering the insane amount of play time I've got out of it.

This game WAS buggy as shit. Not sure if they fixed it, I sure hope they did. I lost faith in the Save and Load features after it crashed every time I tried to do either.

purchased and downloading now.

i like the idea of purchasing games to download, but i don't like the idea of paying two services to get it (ISP, Valve). it would be nice for ISPs to integrate a service like this and have it as uncounted download like iinet has done with XBL.

But i suppose in a capitalist world the only loser is the consumer no matter how right they may be.

ah, but your still paying for the bandwidth from the ISP so its not entirely free.

Im speaking of business as a whole though and don't expect a solution anytime soon.

There has gotta be more active innovators in this world to make some kind of change.

Im speaking way off topic here though.

I'll just keep playing my games so i can temporarily forget the things Amendum has enlightened me about.
