View Full Version : The most revitalizing thing for body and soul

Today I did in my opinion the most revitalizing list of scenarios for cleansing my body and refreshing my soul.

I started off with about 10 minutes of simple Hatha yoga to get my body circulated and stretch. Then I did 50 push ups which made my body tired, by my mind more awake and alert.
After this I shaved every hair on my body except my eyebrows and head. Then I took one of my Aloe Vera plants, used its juice and rubbed it gently over every spot from my face to my ankles.
Next I sat there for a moment feeling how the Aloe Vera feels on my skin, which is incredibly good, and got into a semi-meditative state. Or dropped my brain waves some to relax. Then turned on the shower to a cold shower, about 40-50 degrees in that range, then let the water soak the Aloe Vera off of my skin cleaning it off while at the same time allowing it to just not clean my physical body, but letting the water wash away all the grub and dirt my soul and mind had been carrying around.
My next step was to take a wash cloth and scrub every inch of my body until it was all a light pinkish color form the scrubbing then just relaxed and let the water once again hit me and revitalize me for about 10 minutes. Got out and dried off.

The immediate effects after this was my body, mind and soul were perfectly unified and relaxed as one, my eyes, which are dark down, turned into a hazel light brown and white was much whiter and clearer. My skin had a faint glow to it, physically and just outside of it like a small actual very visible aura. And my energy (prana, chi, etc.) is flowing very freely and easily throughout my whole body and when I breath, I feel the breathe all over my body, not just through my nose and lungs.

If I were to take a cold shower like that the way it is at my house right now I would get hypothermia. Sounds interesting though.

Why did you shave your body?

Why did you shave your body?

I just hate hair and I feel cleaner and skin is softer and more attractive to the lady anyways.

I wonder if I could do that without shaving my legs though...
