I am in the understanding that Chemtrails have all kind of nasty stuff in them. Not to sure about nano-technology though. One did bring it to my attention that they could create a unknowing microchip population through aluminum and or nanotech particles that are ingested through the air. They just may use that if it comes down to mandatory chipping to track those who do not fall in line. Could it be possible that through the use of these means unwillingly chip and track the mass population at large?
