I'm 19 years old.
I've asked to get s.p. before just because I wanted to know how it felt. My sister got it almost every night when she was in high school and it made her sleep in my room for an entire year because she was scared to b e alone.
To me it was totally unexpected. I stop caring whether I got it or not and I hadn't though about it in months. I think I can do it at will now, I'm not completely sure.
I read the spiritual seduction guide on the homepage because it sounded interesting. I felt pretty comfortable trying the techniques it had for lowering my brain frequency. I'm pretty good at visualizing and that seems to be most of it. I did the technique for lowering my brain frequency and it seemed to put me in a lucid dream state but with more control. I was completely lucid and able to control my thoughts and the visualization/dream but I felt like I was either already asleep or seconds from it.
It got to the point where I was done experimenting with my brain wave frequency and I just fell asleep. I'm not sure exactly how long later but my mind became completely aware and I was blind or it was just dark, I'm not completely sure. I felt just like others had described it, conscious but unable to move. My thing had always been that I thought I could overcome this and so I tried. As I was trying to move I realized what this was and I heard a high pitched shrilly scream into my ear (completely random and not mine, not sure why). This got me a bit scared and I could still move my fingers slightly so I did, over and over until I could move my hand and then my arms and feet. I regained control very shortly and I wasn't in the state for over a minute or so.
It was a thrill. I don't really want to go through it again but I think I can deal with it, it just takes alot of will power to move yourself. Not to mention the scary sounds or images you might see.

I got my first sp experience after trying to the stuff on the psychic seduction page and I think I can do it at will. My question is can anyone else do it at will or is it random for you?
