i've been trying for a long time to astral project and finally i managed to do it in way...
i mean i felt i was ready to leave my body and then my chest started hurting. i got pretty scared so i stopped. i am not sure if the pain was because of the beating of my heart but i am sure that it was a pleasant feeling.
and also is it possible that my body will be possesed of another spirit??

Also if it hurts, I wouldn't recommend doing it.
It might just be your chest muscles as well, I always confuse that for heart problems, when in reality I'm quite healthy.
