Anonymous or what? Depends on what your using it for and where you live. There is no such thing as a universal "best proxy".

Whats the best proxy for uploading to mininova? I know some dont work cuz they dont save cookies or something.:confused:

I guess the newly created proxies are better than the old ones. I'm not sure of that though.
