There is no standard.
What are you trying to do? Communicate between fobs/trucks/feet?
What is your distance requirment/weight allowance/battery life/com sec needed?

Also, any names of radios would just be random letters and numbers: MBTR, 130, 151.

Shower radios. That way, troops don't get too bored when they're taking long showers. Morale welfare and all that you know.
