I think I have to format the entire drive to FAT32. I tried adding a FAT32 partition but it wasn't recognized why I plugged it in. Is there any easy way to do this? Its going to take hours to copy all my data off the drive then the same to put it on if I have to format it.

start>run>cmd>help convert

that should give you the syntax to do it by command line. Shouldn't be hard to figure out if you have half a brain. :p
