Don't expect either the police or medical authorites to take any instant action because it'll probably be your word against his, however the fact he didn't have a female nurse present during an examination (I'm assuming he didn't?) will sink him eventually.

You need to get a lawyer and get him to contact the clinic bosses. If a lawyer makes the complaint to them then they will probably suspend the doctor until a hearing.
