Hey guys, I'm using a 6230 on the 3 network (stupid i know) and they've blocked my phone, after almost 2 hours on the phone to them they told me that they've told me they they've been blocking old handsets (which is bs cause they dont know what handset i'm using) and they'll only give me the restrction code if i buy i new phone (no joke). Anyhoo, i figure a hard reset'll solve the problem. How would i go about doing this? I'd appreciate any help you can give.
