Go to a professional dude! That's not something to be messing around with, better to just pony up the ducats for a piercing 'pro' to do the trick. It'll be safer not to mention alot less painful.

Make sure you're nice and drunk first, to dull the pain.

Also, take a video.

Get a needle from a pharmacy. Depending where you live, they'll sell it to you without any hassle. Make sure it's at least 18 gauge, or the piercing could migrate.

Sterilize the area with iodine at the least. Alcohol isn't enough. Take the needle and stab swiftly, going all the way through in one motion. Promptly insert the piercing in place of the needle, and follow standard aftercare procedures.

I find the most reliable method is to use an old, rusty steel nail and a hammer. The rust acts as an antiseptic, which is good because an infection in the dick would be pretty bad. Don't bother sterilizing the penis or the nail, the rust will take care of bacteria.

Are we talking above or below the head, dude just get a piercing kit off ebay get your self a bar, 12-14 guage is what most piercings usually are, mark it up get some sort of clamp, line er up and go for it just make sure it goes through the loose skin and you dont nick your johnson other wise you could cause some bleeding.
