See I was in that position, starting around 6th grade. I looked like a girl, because of my long hair, and I was a little bitch, and a wannabe emo. Now lets skip to the present day.

Now here is a guide to how I achieved getting back at the bullies, and moving from the bottom to the top of the cliche.

Step 1: Toughen Up!
Yeah, you fudge packin pussy. Toughen up! You know what I did? I was so tired of being picked on, I started working out every day. 300 pushups throughout the day, running, and doing sit ups too. Go find a tree branch or a bar to do chin ups on. Can't handle it? Fine, have food thrown at you and people call you bitch and faggot for the rest of your life.

Step 2: Learn to fight
True, I didnt learn to fight until I got my ass beat in 6th grade. A fatass 7th grade slammed my head into the locker repeatedly, where I laid on the ground crying until a teacher carried me to the office. Man, was I a pussy. So YOU have to learn to fight. Almost everybody gets their ass beat their first fight, and they usually cry, even if they win. After your first fight you seem to realize, hey, it happens. So to learn to fight, without confronting that bully or annoying kid JUST YET, go to a local park, find a kid a bit shorter than you but around your same age, and sucker punch him. Remember, don't just throw one punch, using the same hand repeatedly, but alternate between both hands, and alternate between hooks, straight punches, and uppercuts. Finally when you get this kid on the ground repeatedly stomp on his face.

Step 3: Beat their ass
Okay. Think you're ready? If you answered no, go beat some more kids asses. If so, heres the plan.
You see him walking down the hallway. Yeah, there goes that little bitch, just the sight of him makes you want to pull out a gun and bust a cap in their ass. No, we won't cover that in this lesson. Instead, wait till they are talking to a friend, or at their locker, etc. When the time is right, come up behind them and WHAM! Slam their head into their locker as hard as you can. Now comes the fun part. Repeatedly punch them, slam them, etc.
If they fall on the ground, dont stop, stomp on their face, then drop to your knees and continue throwing punches, you little pussy. Dont let them get a good hit in or you might as well take your little pussy ass to the nurse, because you cant handle one hit if you are reading this guide. Now FUCK THAT BITCH UP. Give them one hell of a beating.

If nothing else this right here will at least make you look good. You take the simple time of 10 minutes a day to do some exercises over the course of a year (next grade) you will show more improvement then you would think. You won't get ripped but you will get more lean and physcially stronger w/ muscle memory. Its not even that hard to do. I would recommend if you can't do 300 push ups a day do 100 and split it right when you wake up, two during the middle of the day, once before you sleep. Then work in 500 ab exercises a day EVERYDAY! Remember if you can't do it all at first its okay to cheat yourself a little as in going on your knees or lowering the reps. But after 2 weeks time you shouldn't be cheating yourself if you do this everyday. Push ups you build muscle memory fast as hell. For instance you can do 7 today, tomorrow 9, the next day 15, etc. You would be surprised just remember what your goals are.

I can do 50 easy without feeling tired. Ab exercises you can do everyday because you have so many different ab muscles that you will never totally completely destroy your abs in a workout.
