Well totse a long time ago in a galxay far far away when I was but a child I was stealing chemicals from school and I was making bombs (lol). The police found out and basically ass raped me and took away all of my drugs and shit. Unfortunately the put this on record. Now my question is will this affect my chances of purchasing firearms in the future? It is on permanent record btw.

Was it a felony?

If yes look up "straw purchase"

BTW your a twat not for stealing the chemicals so much as getting caught, you give people with legitimate illicit labs a bad name.

Depends. You need to either A) Go to the police station or B) Go to your court house to find out more about what you were charged with. A misdemeanor you should still be able to purchase a firearm no problem but a felony good luck with that. I mean you can walk into your local firearms dealer and ask them for the purchasing form to read. It explains more about that kind of stuff on the form. Basically if you mark yes to anything other then "U.S. Citizen" on there your screwed. Over here the 5 day background checks don't help either.

You need to find out what they charged you with and whether its cleared off your record or what you can do to clear it up/faster as eventually most crimes go away after X amount of years on your record, or get lowered down to a misdemeanor.

Your best bet is just going to the police station since its probably closer with your court documents.

Carbonbased, shut up.

If it was a felony, you will be denied purchase from a dealer. Otherwise, you may get waitlisted.
