Well I'm relatively new to torrents but anyway I need a program that will open up some files that I want to download. Can someone reccomend me something?

uTorrent.

My last 2-3TB of uploading has been with utorrent. I used to be all about azureus, but after the vuze takeover i got scared away. That screenshot on their main page reminded me of itunes or something as scary. If theres a way to disable the bullshit and get that functional interface that azureus was known for i'd go back, but i havent really investigated it. Who is still vouching for vuze/azureus? Id really like to give it a shot again, because azureus had a priority upload feature i used for uploading to friends.

I've used Vuze, and, yes there is a way to get to an "advanced interface", which is much better. It's actually pretty decent. That being said, I'm using uTorrent at the moment.

Utorent is by far the best. It take up no space and is so simple. Azareus use to be fine too, but the Vuze thing has too much shit on it. Like someone else said it looks like itunes.

Yup, uTorrent. Torrent programs shouldn't have built-in file support, that's what other more specialized programs are for. Stick to what you're good at.

Azureus is a bloated pile of shit. uTorrent is fast and compact.

Utorrent is the fastest and most easily useable torrent manager in my opinion. Its also pretty small.
