Anyway, if you aren't living TOO far away from eachother I would suggest going over to her place. Don't make it romantic or anything, so no flowers or chocolates. But just go over to hers and chill, watch movies, you know, something like that. By the end of the day/night you should be able to tell if she actually likes you or not. You can talk about it all with her. Kiss her, fuck her.

But don't do the gay over the phone shit with her. It's harder to tell if she's lying to you over the phone. If she looks down when you ask her a question then chances are she's not being honest.
