My 640gb external hard drive is now not working. Its possible that a family member dropped it. When you plug it in nothing happens for 20 minutes or so and then I get a message saying the disk is unreadable/corrupt or something.

Its not showing up in my computer, etc.

What can I do?

Its fucked give it to me.
