Found the flash drive of someone and am planning to return it to them (found their info on the drive). Briefly scanned it but there wasn't anything important but the person seemed very anxious and wanted it back asap. Anyone know if there are ways to hide things on the U3 Cruzer flash drive? Already tried the show hidden files but it only gives me system files.
You can try disc management and make all partitions active....

truecrypt volume hidden in the system files?
I think the U3 drives have a built-in encryption program, if that is the case, then you will never get to see them. :)

I thought I lost my flashdrive, but I very fortunately found it. It had some passwords on it for work and some combinations to things that could get me in some trouble, so I'm very glad that I found it. Turns out I somehow put it in a pen holder at home. I know, I shouldn't keep personal info on a flashdrive, but you live and you learn.
Go to Tools>Folder Options>View>Advanced Settings and click on 'show hidden files and folders' under advanced settings. That's all I know of.
