Okay I have looked up and down using google.

I want to put a ftp "server" on my windows xp computer where people that know the user name and passowrd can upload file but not view or download or delete them. I want them all save in c:/stuff uploaded from school



Thanks to every one that helps I have had such a bad time.

Oh yeah before I foget after this question get answered I will only have one left and I will leave totse for good... but untill then lets get back to the question.

Okay I have file ziller server installed on my pc but I still cant work out how to send files to my computer from my mates house.

(I CAN SEND FILE ON MY LOCAL NETWORK "127.0.0.1")

You obviously didn't google, otherwise you would have found filezilla straight away, it's the second result when you search for 'ftp server'.

Tried last night cant get it to work and it is driving me nuts!

fuck all i wana do is just let ppl that know the user and pass upload files and then i want to view them on my pc
