We only really expect a few things with your grammar and formatting: capitals, paragraphs, sentences and the occasional comma. Correct spelling is good as is not using txt/leet speak. Most browsers have a spell checker built in now anyway.

I think that in terms of grammer, sentences and paragraph's are of paramount importance, and that misspelt word's are fine as long as it isn't because they substituted letters for numbers.

I type most days all day at work, whether it be letters, emails or just data entry into excel sheets. And I find that putting at least basic grammar into my writing on &T is made easier by it becuase it just comes naturally.
