You can orgasm from masturbation, right? Do you, when you masturbate. somehow 'stretch' your clit or rather the skin around it? Let me see if I can express that better: when you wank do you simply put a finger or two on you near your clit (btw boys some women don't touch their clit directly when they wank) and simply rub/circle?
