okay so i got an xbox 360 a week and half ago .
and there is the well known problem of xbox 360 scratching discs. so now it has scratched my halo 3 and PGR4 so they cant play ....

i want back @ these bastards because they charge £10.00 or $20.00 to replace a disc when its their fault. and they claim the cost is for postage (total bs , just a fucking cd would cost like 0.20 )

so does anybody remember the microsoft scam and give me tips on how to make it work so they dont ask me to send back the item.

EDIT:

just to make themm lose out on some money :

Thats why when you get a fucked up disc you go rent the game at blockbuster or a video game rental place and then if that disc plays just fine keep it and return the fucked up disc. Blockbuster and video rental places get killer discounts anyways because they usually buy them in bulk due to the fact they know DVD's and CD's wear out faster.

that's probably the best suggestion so far. Although your x-box could scratch THAT disc too.
