I have 4mg of Dilaudid, in pill form, and was just curious how I could get the best out of it...

If you're not going to bang it, snort it. But it is a total waste to use any other way other than banging it. go to your local walgreens, spend $3 on a 10 pack of rigs for real. you're going to totally waste it unless you bang it.

Ive never IV'd anything, and I wouldnt even know how to go about doing so. Also, I really havent done any drugs in like a year so I really have no tolerance for anything

taken straight out of another dilly thread- how to bang up dillys..

1. crush it up as finely as you can. you should probably bang like 2mg unless you are fairly tolerant.

2. put powder into a spoon

3. get clean water and using the rig draw back about 30-40 units of water

4. spray water into spoon until all of the powder is completely engulfed

5. mix the solution with either the rubber part of the syringe or with the back part

6. once it's a good solid solution, get a cotton about the size of a matchhead and throw it into the solution

7. put the tip of the needle in cotton then draw back. this part can be tricky so just be patient and learn what works best for you

8. once it's all in the solution, try to eliminate most of the air in the rig, but it's not entirely necessary air won't kill you like the myths claim.

9. clean the tip off, make sure its free of cotton and all that.

10. using a belt tie off the very very top part of your arm just before it connects to your shoulder, wrap it up as tightly as you can.

11. smack your arms and make a fist to reveal veins, come in as parallel as you can, if you haven't hit, put a little more angle on it gradually.

12. once you've hit you'll know because you'll see blood enter the rig, pull back to insure youre in the vein then pull the plunger down to put it into your arm

4mg if its bangin will be aight, nothing major tho and its mad short leg wise you will want more like 20 min after you do it. But be careful this shit will drop your blood pressure like a whole in your aorta no joke i was on this shit for a month IV with liquid OC and the nurse pushed to fast and dam near killed my ass again. Also mad central nervous system depressent watch your breathing this shit can cause it to stop and you wont notice til you fall asleep.

Dude you all are giving this guy pretty bad advise, except for the guy who said snorting was ok. Snorting dilaudid may be wasteful compared to shooting, but that doesn't mean it won't greatly fuck you up if you snort 4-12 mgs, especially if you have low-moderate tolerance.

The guy specifically says he doesn't want to use needles, yet someone posts a faq about how to inject it.
