I usually just go to Best Buy and get some but they always the inside of me ears (not the noise, just the thing that's in there vibrating).
So, I ask you, &R&R, what are some good, decent quality in-ear headphones?

Wow, 150 bucks, wtf is wrong with you. Skullcandy ear buds, $20, maybe $10 if you can find em on sale like I did. Never regretted my purchase. Kick ass sound quality/noise cancellation.

I said decent quality. Skullcandy can lick my nuts. I had ONE set of their in-ear headphones, and the fuckers broke after a day and a half.

I've had mine for about a year now and they're practically good as new. And I listen to them loud as fuck all the time. Stop treating your gear like shit and you won't have a problem with things breaking.
Shure SCL3's.
Yeah, they're not as good as the 5's, but they still sound pretty damn good without breaking your wallet. :)

The Etymotic ER6is are probably a good place to start if you haven't tried any of the higher-end IEMs before... They're selling on ebay for around 80USD.
They're really comfortable (unless you ram them into your eardrums, which is possible if you have huge earholes) and have excellent sound quality. They also have the best seal I've ever used, even though it feels really weird the first few times you put them in.
The only thing they seem to lack in is bass, but only slightly - you'll notice a lot of bass missing if they don't seal into your ears properly though.
They come with two sizes of those plastic flange seals and a pair of foam inserts - you scrunch the foam down, then jam them in your ears and they expand to fill the gap.

This. Skullcany rules, and the good in-ear ones (called "smokin' buds") are like 32USD. $150 for headphones can lick my balls.
Phillips.
This. I had the same set of Phillips earphones for about 6 years before I lost them, they worked great, were nice and cheap and had great sound quality. I've owned 3 pairs of them in the past and I'm going to buy a new pair in a few weeks when I've got some spare cash.

terrible taste. skullcandy takes style over substance. they offer low fidelity for the buck.
I don't like in ear earphones so I can't really help you too much. I can vouch that Shure makes decent earphones, though I've only tried the e2c's.
Shure makes fucking badass earphones, get some E3s or E4s. E2s have more on the low end but I find them less comfortable. Either way, any one of those 3 will rock your world.

The Phillips ones I had were good fun for a while, then I tried something a bit better and realised they were WAY too heavy on the bass - it blocked the rest of the range out to some extend, and tended to distort bit in bass-heavy songs. They just weren't as clear as I'd like, I guess.
If you've got money to spend, the main brands you'd want to look out for for IEMs are Sennheiser, Etymotic, Ultimate Ears and Shure. Sony has some really good ones, but they don't tend to seal and block out sound much.
Check out www.head-fi.org for reviews and the like.
The Phonak Audeo PFE's have been getting really good reviews and are within your prices range ($139.99) I just got mine in and I like them a lot.
All of the skullcandy fagziez need to s.t.f.u.. Fuck. Go back to grade 3.
