I have 4 seedlings. By seedlings i mean, very delicate and thin plants barely pushing through the soil. Some are nearly 6 inches through the soil, but with only their baby leaves showing. Anyways, it all started when some friends and I were smoking and i picked out the seeds from the grinder. I said "lets see how these will grow" and put thumbed them into the soil in surrounding house plants. surprisingly many of them grew. I dont live on my own and dont plan on seriously harvesting them. I dont think they will get tall either. My buddies plants are on a light cycle and i was wondering if i could just throw mine in his box. His are pretty old and flowering so they are on a 12 hour light/dark cycle. Although they are weak, i thought about transplanting them all into a single pot, putting them in the box, and let them go. Give them water of course, but other than that i dont have any reason to mess with them. My question is, how much thc can i expect them to produce? If i let them grow about a foot tall each, could enough THC be extracted to make tea for one, or possibly even two? What about males? Also, what would happen if i twist two plants to grow together? Would they compete or thrive? Lots of questions...we will get into later once i get a few replies. thanks dudes.

yes yes i know...but see this is an EXPERIMENT. im not actually trying to grow the plants for a yield of bud, whatsoever. I just wonder if the plants themselves, given the right treatment, can be used to make a tea, or cannabutter, or something of the sort.

but is it too legit to quit?
remove a solid 2in triangle of drit for each, trans, hope you didnt stress them out and sure? no diff from any other transplanting he may kill a portion if they are male, and they may have trouble in 1 planter.
go for it.

Things wrong:
1. You live with people, either with parents or with roommates. No good I say.
2. Throw those plants in your buddies flower room with 12/12 and they'll grow. But who knows if you have males or females. Is your buddy or you willing to watch the plants diligently for the appearance of males? One single male, hell, one single male flower filled with pollen will fuck the girls, and hard. You buddy will harvest buds filled with seeds, and be PISSED!
3. You cannot make cannabis tea. You can make something called bhang (http://www.totse.com/en/drugs/marijuana/bhang_rc.html), but it's a bit labor intensive.
4. Yes, you can twist the plants together. What will happen? Nothing special. You'll just have two plants twisted together is all. I have seen other plants like this being sold as ornamental house plants in places like Home Depot. Big woop.
I say wait until springtime, sprout some seeds in jiffy pots, & plant them outside somewhere in a secluded place with some time-release fertilizer and some water holding poly gel (http://www.altgarden.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=382)
Next time use the Grow Thread in The Great Outdoors:

Peace.
From my understanding, young plants won't be producing THC. All of the plants energy will be put into growth.

They need more light. 12/12 will make them stunted immature plants. So i guess if you only want a little bit of weed then it would be ok.

So if he is growing them in 12/12 light and dark, what would happen to the sprouts? i understand they would be stunted, but would they flower? and how long before they would flower, if at all? what else is there to expect? im doing a similar experiment myself...

Yes they will grow. This has been done in holland and other places for quite a while now. The plants will grow some and then begin to flower. The plants will remain short and stout but potency and flavor will not be affected.
Peace.

There are two (basic) cycles: Veg and Flowering
More light = veg cycle (it grows)
less light = flowering stage.
I'd let the get AT LEAST a foot tall until you send them to start flowering. Personally, I'd top the shit out of them and make them super bushy before you send them off.
